Scope of Work: The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to provide a Consultant for the Corporation of the District of Saanich (“District” or “Saanich”) Cedar Hill Golf Course Service Review Project (“Project”). The successful Proponent (“Contractor”) is expected to provide a Project Manager with the following attributes/characteristics:
- Five (5) or more years of experience in conducting review of services to identify cost saving opportunities and areas for potential improvements;
- Prior experience with service review of golf course operations and service delivery;
- The ability to provide a back-up Consultant who is equally or better qualified during planned and unplanned absences.
It is anticipated that the work will commence approximately November 2, 2020.
