Description:

Invitation to Request for Proposal:  For “RFP 05/21 – CCTV Pipeline Inspection Services Scheduled and As-And-When Requested”.  The Request for Proposal package is available via Bonfire at https://saanich.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/41190

Scope of Work:  The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to complete CCTV and Manhole inspections, cleaning, and associated traffic control for the District of Saanich (Saanich) municipal sanitary sewer and storm drain main and lateral lines. The areas of scope are as defined as Saanich Engineering Scheduled Areas. Optional as-and-when services include root/grease cutting, line/lamp locating, and debris removal, as and when requested.

To receive full consideration, each Bid should follow the instructions, requirements, and format provided in Section 2.0.

Term:  The term is this contract will be for a one year term ending May 31, 2022, with an option to renew to two (2) additional one (1) year terms, upon mutual agreement.

Delivery of Encrypted USB Flash Drive: 

The Proponent shall submit these sample reports on an Encrypted USB to the location specified on the Summary of Key Information, page 2 in a sealed envelope or package to the attention of: Joe Walsh, Procurement Specialist, Office of Purchasing Services.

 Note:  The USB Drive must be received at the Submission Location(s) before the Closing Date and Time specified on the Summary of Key Information
