Scope of Work: The purpose of this TENDER is to select one (1) Contractor to provide supply and machine placing of Open Graded Asphalt, Hot Mix Machine Laid and Hand Placed Asphalt.
For additional details, see Section 3.0 Scope of Work and Responsibilities.
To receive full consideration, each Bid should follow the instructions, requirements, and format provided inSection 2.0.
Term: The period of the Contract shall be from the date of award to January 31st, 2021, with an option to extend for a further 12 months upon mutual agreement.
Closing Date: March 9th, 2020 at 3:00 P.M.
Addendum Letter No. 1 + Attachment: has been posted on BC Bid, dated February 20, 2020.
Tender Results (totals unconfirmed) from opening March 9, 2020: Capital City Paving Ltd. $1,240,116.50; Island Asphalt Company $1,225,190.25.
