Scope of Work: The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified Proponent for the provision of a new fully operational high-performance 3D Laser Scanning Solution specifically designed for public safety and law enforcement forensic investigations.
The Solution will consist of a 3D professional-grade high accurate measurements laser scanner with functional software for the use by the District of Saanich Police Department for the purpose of forensic collision reconstruction, crime scene analysis and forensic investigations.

Section 7.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided in Section 5.0 and 6.0.
The contract term is for a three (3) year term with an option to renew for two (2) additional one year terms, upon mutual agreement. It is anticipated that the work will commence approximately October 2020.
