If you have not received your tax notice by mid June please contact our property tax department to obtain a copy.
How to claim your home owner grant
Need help claiming your grant? Come by the Municipal Hall from June 1 – July 2, 2026. Staff will walk you through the process. Make sure to bring your tax notice and Social Insurance Number.

Seniors Days Tax Info Drop-ins
Drop by a Seniors Day Tax Information Session to learn about basic tax information, property tax deferment and preauthorized payments. Sessions will be held in-person in Committee Room 2. Sessions are drop-in, no registration required!

Sign up for eBilling by April 24, 2026 to receive your property tax notice by email. Find instructions on how to sign up for MySaanich and register a tax account here: MySaanich.
*Please note by signing up for eBilling you are consenting that the District may send your Property Tax notice via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that you check your account before the property tax due date.
