Saanich, BC – You asked, and we listened! The District of Saanich is offering residents more opportunities to weigh in on the Draft Tillicum Burnside Plan (TBP), in response to community requests for additional in-person engagement activities this summer.
Residents are invited to review early concepts and share their feedback on this important plan that will guide future growth, housing, transportation, public spaces and amenities in the area.
Park Pop-Ups
- Monday, June 29 and Monday, July 6, 4:30-7:30pm
- Gorge Park, 1070 Tillicum Road
Tillicum Burnside Talks
Have more in-depth questions and comments for us? Consider dropping by one of our Tillicum Burnside Talks where you can have a conversation with a Planner or view display boards:
- Tuesday, July 7 (4:30-7:30 p.m.) – Qu’Appelle Park
- Friday, July 24 (3:30-6:30 p.m.) – Gorge Park
- Wednesday, July 29 (2:00-5:00 p.m.) – Hampton Park

As these activities are being held outdoors, they are subject to change in the event of poor weather.
A reminder that we’ve also extended our online survey on HelloSaanich until July 30, 2026.
Citizen feedback is important to us, and the information we gather will help shape the proposed plan before it is presented to Council for consideration in late 2026.
