Easier access and participation in Council meetings

The District of Saanich has launched a refreshed Council Agendas, Minutes and Videos webpage to make it simpler to follow and participate in Council business: saanich.ca/agenda.

Key features:

• Self-registration to speak on agenda items that allow public input.
• Click the microphone icon to the right of the meeting listing and follow the prompts to register.
• Registrants provide name and email address, and the District will share a Microsoft Teams link (for remote participation) and confirm speaking details.
• Agendas, minutes and videos from meetings held prior to December 2025 are now available via the “Archived Agendas and Minutes” link in the left‑hand navigation.
