Saanich’s online services will be unavailable from approximately 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025 to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2025 due to a planned outage for maintenance. 

During the planned outage, the following services will be unavailable:

• Online Payments - (Payments for utilities, dog licenses, business licenses, permit and development applications and Bylaw Notice/Municipal Tickets)

• MySaanich - (Property Tax, Utility, Dog, and Business Licence accounts and Development Applications and Permits)

• Online Applications - (Residential Permit Applications, Board of Variance Applications, Pre-Application Request, Sign Permit Applications, Engineering Permit Applications and Tree Cutting Permit Applications)

• Online Inspection Scheduling

• Permit and Development Tracker

• Active Planning

• SaanichMap – Will be available during the outage but partially impacted for some property related functions including the Property Information Report | District of Saanich
