Saanich’s online services will be unavailable from approximately 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 due to a planned outage for maintenance. 

During the planned outage, the following services will be unavailable:

• Online Payments – Payments for utilities, dog licenses, business licenses, permit and development applications and Bylaw Notice/Municipal Tickets.

• MySaanich – Property Tax, Utility, Dog, and Business Licence accounts and Development Applications and Permits.

• Online Applications – Residential Permit Applications, Board of Variance Applications, Pre-Application Request, Sign Permit Applications, Engineering Permit Applications and Tree Cutting Permit Applications.

• Online Inspection Scheduling

• Permit and Development Tracker

• Active Planning

• Property Information Report
