Russell Bardak, Senior Emergency Management Coordinator for the Coastal Region of British Columbia with the Canadian Red Cross, has a diverse background that ranges from being a beef cattle farmer to environmental consultant to emergency response.  Russell holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Alberta and a diploma as an Advanced Care Paramedic from NAIT. Since 2020, Russell enjoyed semi-retirement until he gained a position with the Canadian Red Cross as a Site Manager during the COVID-19 mass vaccination clinic deployment.  This deployment ended January 2023. Now out of semi-retirement, Russell enjoys being involved with the Canadian Red Cross as an Senior Emergency Management Coordinator for the Coastal Region of British Columbia, a position he holds since 2024.
