2023-2027 Saanich Council Strategic Plan
The 2023-2027 Council Strategic Plan was adopted on September 25, 2023, and revised on November 20, 2023. The Plan includes themes, objectives, and initiatives to move the community toward the Saanich vision.
Six theme areas include:

- Community well-being
- Housing
- Transportation
- Economic development
- Organizational excellence
