This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Zero Emission Fleet Strategy Support, as further described in the RFQ.
The purpose of the Zero Emission Fleet Strategy Support is to provide a detailed analysis, estimated budget and implementation timeline (i.e. an ‘optimal roadmap’) to support the development of a Zero Emissions Fleet Strategy that will transition the District of Saanich fleet (Municipal, Fire and Police fleets) to 100% renewable energy and net-zero GHG emissions by or before 2040.
