Addendum Letter No. 1 has been posted on Bonfire, dated November 4, 2021

The purpose of this TENDER is to select one (1) Bidder for the supply and delivery of the following Lighting Fixtures and Controls, as per the Specifications noted.

For additional details, see section 3.0 Scope of Work and Responsibilities.

SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Bid

a) Bids to show all pricing information for the quantities requested in this Tender in accordance with the Pricing Table. Without limiting the foregoing, where unit prices are required to be shown, the unit prices shall reflect the complete cost of the services to the District, excluding applicable taxes. Pricing is to be in Canadian funds.

b) Shipping and delivery costs are to be included in the Bid.

3.2 Supply of Goods

a) The Contractor shall supply and deliver the goods (the "Goods") specified in Schedule 1 - Specifications in accordance with the Contract Documents.

b) The Contractor will provide a certificate of compliance as evidence that the Goods comply with appropriate AWWA/ANSI specifications when requested by the District.

c) The Contractor cannot substitute alternate Goods or Brands without the approval of the District.

3.3 Delivery

a) The order is to be delivered complete and in one shipment.

b) All Goods are to be delivered to the Public Works Yard - Stores, 1040 McKenzie Avenue, Victoria BC V8P 2L4, unless otherwise arranged when the District places an order.
