The purpose of this notice is to solicit responses from parties interested in purchasing of used fitness equipment.
OVERVIEW
The District of Saanich (the “District”) - Recreation department is disposing of several pieces of used exercise equipment.
The items have been well maintained and are in good working condition, but the District offers no guarantees or warranty. With the goal of offering the items to the broader community, general public and residents, the items are advertised on our website as well as Used Victoria. Offers for the items will be evaluated on intended use, price, and fair disbursement of the items, so as to be the best value to the District.
Respondents to the EOI selected for purchase are responsible for moving and transporting any items. Delivery is not included or available. The District expects the moving of items to be completed within ten (10) working days from the date of award.
The highest or any Bid will not necessarily be accepted. The District reserves the right to award this order in part or in full.
