This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Rental & Cleaning Services of Coveralls, Towels, Floor Mats & Related Items, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The successful Respondent (or the Contractor) is required to provide a range of services, including supply, laundering, inspection, repair, inventory management and replacement service.
The successful Respondent will establish and coordinate a pick-up and delivery schedule for all the departments/locations throughout the District. Pickup and drop-off for each department/location is usually either weekly or bi-weekly, but the District may have requirements outside of this schedule. The successful Respondent will work with each department to itemize requirements and schedules upon award.
It is the District’s intent to enter into a contract with one (1) Respondent. However, the District may split the contract and award to one or more Respondents for the any items or services in this RFQ in the best interests of the District.
