Upcoming Shelbourne traffic impacts due to road milling

February 18, 2022

As part of the Shelbourne Street Improvements Project, milling work will start on Tuesday, February 24 and continue through the weekend. Paving is estimated for March 11-14, but is weather dependent and will be confirmed closer to the dates.

For the milling work next week:

  • Tuesday – Milling the West side of Shelbourne from just outside McKenzie to the Home Depot driveway intersection. Traffic will be single lane in each direction. Entrance to University Heights Mall will be blocked for a short time.
  • Wednesday – Milling the East side of Shelbourne. Single lane traffic in each direction.
  • Thursday – Milling from other side of McKenzie south to Garnet both sides of road. Traffic will be single lane in each direction.

Work will continue through the weekend. Updates will be provided here and on our social media.

There will be a short closure of Shelbourne on Saturday, more info to come.
