Scope of Work: This is an invitation to bid on the supply and delivery of the spring flowering bulbs listed in the pricing table. The bulbs are for the District of Saanich, Parks Division.
Specifications: On delivery, all bulbs shall be high quality, free of all known pests, diseases and physical damage. Bulbs are to be labeled true to name, type, number and size.
Note: No variety substitutions will be accepted without prior written approval of the Manager of Parks.
Closing Date: September 9th, 2020 @ 3:00 p.m.
