The District of Saanich is soliciting tenders for work that includes extensive roadway upgrades on Sinclair Road from Finnerty Road to Cadboro Bay Road, and along Cadboro Bay Road. This includes full road reconstruction, bike lanes, pedestrian facilities, earthworks, retaining walls, replacement of underground utilities and services (sanitary sewer, storm drain and water) and landscaping.
