Scope of Work

The Corporation of the District of Saanich (the “District”) is seeking to engage a Senior Project Manager – Level 3 (“PM”) for various IT projects. The PM candidate proposed for this role will be assigned to work on multiple IT projects. Some examples of projects include:

  • Network Upgrades (WAN/LAN/WIFI)
  • Microsoft 365 Adoption
  • Firewall Upgrades
  • Datacenter Upgrades and Enhancements

It is estimated that the grouping of projects will take from 12 to 24 months based on a 35-hour work week with potential extensions based on future project phase approvals.

Qualified Suppliers

This Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is issued to Suppliers on the Qualified Supplier Roster for the Service Category #06 – Program and Project established by RFSQ 22-006 Information Technology Professional Consulting Services for the purpose of conducting a second stage selection process pursuant to the Master Framework Agreement.

Only suppliers that were prequalified under RFSQ 22-006 are eligible to respond to this RFQ. Quotations submitted by any supplier that was not prequalified under RFSQ 22-006 will not be considered.

The District is now closed to new pre-qualification applications for the 2022 and 2023 Intakes. The opportunity to submit an application for qualification and inclusion on the Qualified Supplier Roster will be published on Bonfire at https://saanich.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities in near future as RFSQ 22-006 (2023-24 Intake).
