This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Recreation Scheduling Software, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D). The Saanich Recreation Services Department requires a scheduling software solution capable of automating processes and handling multiple variables including sick time, shift releases, employee additions, and displaying employee availabilities.
