Scope of Work
The District of Saanich (the “District”) is looking to complete mechanical upgrades to the ventilation and cooling system within the Municipal Hall and is seeking to engage a Professional Consulting team (the “Consultant”) to produce the design. The Municipal Hall Ventilation and Cooling project (the “Project”) aims to develop a design to provide improved ventilation and adequate cooling for the Municipal Hall.
Qualified Suppliers
This RFQ is issued to Suppliers on the Qualified Supplier Roster for Service Category # 18 – Mechanical Engineering, Buildings established by Request for Supplier Qualifications RFSQ 02/21 Professional Condition Assessment for the purpose of conducting a second stage selection process pursuant to the Master Agreement.
Only Suppliers that were prequalified under RFSQ 02/21 are eligible to respond to this RFQ. Quotations submitted by any other respondents will not be considered.
Non-Mandatory Site Visit: Thursday, July 13, 2023 1:30 PM Pacific Time
Closing Date and Time: July 25, 2023 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time
