The District of Saanich Planning department requires a consultant to co-lead the planning and facilitation of a series of workshops that form the community engagement for Phase 2b (Plan Development) for the Quadra McKenzie Study (QMS).
The purpose of the Phase 2b engagement is to inform, involve, and consult the public and stakeholders in the refinement of preliminary plan concepts, including land use scenarios and future designations, complete street design cross-sections, urban design considerations, policy directions, and public amenities.
