Real Property Disposition Policy

In March 2019, Council adopted a Real Property Disposition Policy which establishes a transparent, consistent and competitive process to manage the disposition of real property owned by Saanich. The policy applies to sales and leases of greater than 5 years of real property owned by Saanich (with the exception of property held and managed as park, encroachments, rights-of-ways or leases and leases to non-profit organizations). Click here for a full copy of the policy.
