The deadline for payment of taxes is July 2, 2021.
If you have not received your tax notice by early June, please contact us and we can provide you with a copy. Remember to apply for your home owner grant each year if eligible. Effective Jan 1, 2021 all homeowners will apply directly to the Province either online or by phone at 1-888-355-2700. Saanich no longer accepts retroactive or new home owner grant applications.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the District of Saanich has adjusted payment methods and late penalties for property taxes. See our Fact Sheet [PDF - 107 KB] for more info.
