Scope of Work: The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified Proponent, with experience in providing a design and build service for a youth bike skills park on BC Hydro leased land adjacent to the George Tripp Hydro Substation. Address: 4050 Lochside Drive Victoria, BC V8X 2C8.

Section 5.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided in Section 2.0.
It is anticipated that the project will commence within 2-4 weeks of award.
