Request for Proposal: For “RFP 28/18 – Two (2) Only – Small Cargo Vans”. Request for Proposal documents have now been posted on the BC Bid website: www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Solicitation No. RFP 28/18 or by contacting Purchasing Services at 250-475-5494, local 3481.
Scope of Work: The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified Proponent to enter into a Contract with the Corporation of the District of Saanich (“District”) to supply an initial order (the “Initial Order”) of two (2) small cargo vans, as outlined in Section 4 – Scope of Work.
Section 5.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided in Section 2.0.
The term of the contract will be for two (2) years starting from the date of award to December 31, 2020, with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms, upon mutual agreement. The District may, during the term and any renewal thereof, from time to time at its discretion, purchase additional small cargo vans from the Contractor provided such vehicles are substantially similar to those supplied as part of the Initial Order.
