Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the supply and delivery of a Harper Turbo-Vac TV40RH or equivalent. If bidding on an equivalent sweeper than Item 14.0 Instructions to Bidders will apply.
Note: All documentation is requiredto register and licence for road travel, VIN number, certificate of origin, vehicle inspection report.
Trade In Equipment: Saanich is offering this item on an “As Is” basis. The item must be removed by the successful Bidder(s). Saanich makes no representations or warranties as to the fitness, quality, suitability or state of repair of this item and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damages, loss, repairs, action, suits, claims arising out of the failure, breakdown or use of this item.
Saanich is not obligated to accept a bid on the Trade in Equipmentthat is not in the best interest of Saanich. Saanich maintains sole discretion on determining what the best interest/value to Saanich is.
