Scope of Work: The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified Proponent, with experience in providing licensing expertise and related services for the District of Saanich. The successful Proponent will be a Microsoft authorized Licensing Solutions Provider eligible to provide licenses and for the facilitation of the District’s Enterprise and Select Plus Licensing arrangements with Microsoft.

Section 7 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow theinstructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided in Section 5and 6.
The contract term is for a three (3) year term with an option to renew for seven (7) additional one year terms, upon mutual agreement. It is anticipated that the work will commence approximately March 2020.
