Scope of Work: The District of Saanich (Saanich) requires the services of a registered Professional Engineer with a specialty in Geotechnical Science (soils) to carry out the function of a Professional Engineer as required by WorkSafeBC’s Occupational Health and Safety Regulation Part 20 – Construction, Excavation and Demolitions, and any other relevant part of the Regulation.
