Invitation to Annual Quotation: For “AQ 10/21 – Dust Control Services”. Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the supply and application of Ligno Sulphonate (preferred) or Magnesium Chloride or alternate dust control product for dust control at various gravel parking lots and trails for the 2021 season.
Note: Alternate products not listed must be approved by the District of Saanich prior to application. The approximate total area to be covered is 20,000 sq. metres. We anticipate one application only at each location, with some to be done in late May and some in late June, as per the list below.
Term: The term of contract will be for the 2021 season (1) year from May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022 with the option to extend for four (4), additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement.
Closing Date: April 15, 2021 @ 3:00 p.m.
