Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote for the supply and delivery of Dry Cell Batteries as and when requested for the District of Saanich.
1.0 Quantities shown are estimates only based on one year usage and are to be used as a guide for acquisitions during the term of the contract.
2.0 The District reserves the right to add additional quantities at the unit prices shown during the stated period if the need arises.
3.0 Batteries supplied must be Energizer Industrial or Duracell Procell brands. Equivalent substitutions with the same brand only are allowed. Indicate the manufacturer details in the corresponding column in the Pricing Table and include descriptive literature with the submission.
4.0 Delivery required to the Saanich Municipal Public Works Yard, 1040 McKenzie Avenue, Victoria, BC.
Term: The term is one (1) year from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020 with an option to renew for two (2) additional one year periods.
Closing Date: April 1, 2019 at 3:00 P.M.
