This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective proponents to submit proposals to conduct the Saanich Resident and Business Satisfaction Survey, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).

The District is seeking a qualified research firm to conduct a survey that allows residents and businesses to share their perceptions of Saanich as a place to live and work, and their perception of the quality of service received by the District. Following the 2026 survey, the selected supplier will be responsible for providing a detailed analysis of the gathered information and presenting the findings to the District of Saanich Council.

This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Vehicles - Ford Utility Police Interceptor (Explorer), as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).

This RFQ is for the supply and delivery of four (4) 2026 Ford Utility Police Inceptor vehicles for the Saanich Police Department.

Notice is hereby given by The Corporation of the District of Saanich (the “District”) of its intent to contract with Cover Architectural Collaborative Inc. (Cover) to provide additional associated works for the architectural scope for energy usage and accessibility at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre (CHRC).

Cover was contracted directly as a pre-qualified Supplier in accordance with the District’s Qualified Supplier Roster RFSQ 02/21 to provide Architectural services for the provision of design and construction support with knowledge and experience with the Green and Inclusive Community Buildings (GIBC) program, and its accreditation requirements.   

 The Supplier has the specific expertise, knowledge and experience required to complete the work, which was initially estimated within the ability of Saanich to select any supplier as outlined within the Professional Consulting Services Qualified Supplier Roster program.  

 The value of the contract is estimated at $125,000.

The District is seeking a qualified contractor to carry out repairs to the Goward Road Bridge to extend the lifespan of the existing structure. The contractor shall provide all labour, materials and equipment required to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents.

The District is seeking a supplier from which to rent or lease ballot tabulators, ballots, accessories and support services for the 2026 Local Government and School District Election.

The work associated with this contract includes the construction of new watermains on Douglas Street from Saanich Road to Audley Street and Claremont Avenue from Lochside Drive to Cordova Bay Road.
