Scope of Work:   The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified Proponent, with experience in providing an engineering and specialist team to deliver services required to oversee the planning, consultation, investigation, and design (including Engineer of Record) of the Cordova Bay Road / Mount Douglas Park (CBR / MDP) Bank and Shoreline and Stabilization Project.  It is expected that the successful proponent will:

a)    Have sufficient resources to be able to take on the work involved; and

b)    Manage (and retain) all professionals brought in as (sub) consultants during the preparation of the design concepts and detailed design including appropriate specialist engineers, environmental specialists, archeologists, arborists, communications, coastal hydraulics specialists and / or other professionals as required.

Section 5.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided inSection 2.2.

It is anticipated that the work will commence approximately March 26, 2018.
