Description:

Invitation to Request for Proposal:  For “RFP 02/19 – Consulting Services for 3500 Blanshard, Municipal Hall-Annex Office Re-Fit”.  Request for Proposal documents have now been posted on BC Bid website: https://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/open.dll/welcome?language=En,  under Solicitation Number:  RFP 02/19, or by contacting Purchasing Services at 250-475-5494, local 3481.

Scope of Work:   The purpose of this RFP is to engage a Professional Consulting firm to produce and deliver Design and Construction documentation and construction administrative services for the District of Saanich’s Municipal Administration facilities located at 3500 Blanshard, 770 (Municipal Hall) and 780 Vernon Ave. (Municipal Annex).

The Consultant team will work under the direction of the Facilities Operations Manager, Facilities Division, Department of Engineering, District of Saanich.  Further details are stated in section 4.0 Scope of Work and Responsibilities.

Reference materials will be made available thru a USB Stick to Proponents after they complete and return the Appendix A - Proponent Registration Form.   These will be couriered out to the Consultant.

Non-Mandatory Site Meeting:  Is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2019, meeting in the rear entrance of 3500 Blanshard, Victoria, BC.
