Invitation to Tender:  For “T 07/20 - Construction of Concrete Works”.  The Tender document and attachments have now been posted on BC Bid website: https://www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca/open.dll/welcome?language=En, Solicitation Number: T 07/19, or by contacting Purchasing Services at 250-475-5494, local 3481.

 

Scope of Work:   The purpose of this TENDER is to select one (1) qualified Contractor to supply and place various concrete works associated with the District’s Capital Works Programs, as and when requested.

For additional details, see Section 3.0 Scope of Work and Responsibilities.

To receive full consideration, each Bid should follow the instructions, requirements, and format provided inSection 2.0.

Term:  The period of the Contract shall be from the date of award to January 31st, 2021, with an option to extend for a further 12 months upon mutual agreement. 

Closing Date:   March 9th, 2020 at 3:00 P.M. 

Tender Results (totals unconfirmed)  from opening March 9, 2020:  Island Asphalt Company $881,330.00; Island Slipform Division of Lafarge Canada Inc. $1,307,680.00.
