Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the supply of Asphalt Emulsion (COLAS) on an as, if and when requested basis for the District of Saanich.
Term: The term will be for one (1) year from April 1st, 2020 to March 31st, 2021 with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement.
Closing Date: March 5th, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
