Meet an Instructor
We offer great programs taught by experienced instructors such as Personal Trainer and Group Fit Instructor, Cheryl Gregory. Here's her bio:
"I’ve enjoyed working in fitness since 2008. In addition to several BCRPA qualifications, I’ve also studied post-rehab exercise and coming soon, I will be a Health Coach through ACE, the American Council on Exercise, the world’s largest nonprofit fitness certification organization.
My favorite method of helping people achieve their goals is through one-on-one personal training as this style is particularly conducive to top-notch instruction and learning."
For multiple-session packages such as the Start Up First Steps Package, Total Body Transformation Package and Complete Lifestyle Package, I supplement our time in the gym with a customized booklet of your program, complete with pictures and instructions. We’ll work together over a number of weeks and you will gain the knowledge and experience to do your exercises in a safe and effective way.
You can do a lot for yourself to improve and maintain your health and fitness. You just need to know how, and that’s where I come in.
