Meet an Instructor
We offer great programs taught by experienced instructors such as Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor,
Sally Larrington-Brown. Here's her bio:
Sally has been presenting, teaching & coaching in all areas of fitness since 1978!
Sally Larrington-Brown's qualifications
- BCRPA & ACE certified in Group Fitness, Strength Training, Personal Training, YogaFit Training
- Lifestyle & Weight Management Consulting,Health Coach
- S.F.U.Kin. Diploma in Health and Fitness,
- BCRPA Trainer of Fitness Leaders.
- Also specially trained with Stotts Pilates, TRX Suspension, Bosu Balance Training and many other specialities.
Still after all these years her passion for helping people to get fit and healthy is a priority!
