BBQ for a great cause!
Meet Joe Roberts, a former homeless youth who lived on the streets of east Vancouver. He made a promise that if he ever escaped his fate, he would do something to pay it forward. The Push for Change is his promise realized. Beginning May 1, 2016, Joe began pushing a shopping cart (a symbol of chronic homelessness) across Canada on a 517 day, 9000 km trek to raise awareness and funds to prevent youth homelessness.
Come be inspired as you hear Joe share his story, and learn the importance of investing in the prevention of youth homelessness. Enjoy a burger, salad and drink with proceeds going to Push for Change.
