The Cedar Hill Golf Course is seeking a 2nd Cook who will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of a wide variety of foods for daily operations, banquets and events. Other duties will consist of following mandatory opening, closing and side duties listed in the Food & Beverage Procedures Manual, maintaining quality and health standards related to food preparation and providing exceptional customer service to all guests of the Cedar Hill Golf Course.
Requirements include: completion of Grade 11 or equivalent; Food Safe Level 1 Certificate; six months of previous experience in a similar role and a satisfactory police information check with vulnerable sector. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
The successful candidate will be required to work varying shifts including days, evenings and weekends, up to 30 hours per week (hours/shifts are subject to change).
