Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the labour, materials and equipment to remove and dispose of existing carpet and baseboard and replace floor covering, stairs, cove base and transition strips in the Saanich Municipal Hall, Council Chambers. As per attached Drawings: Appendix A – Chamber Floor Plan; Chamber Elevations; Chamber Reflected Ceiling Plan (3 pages).
In addition, we are requesting inclusive supply & install pricing per square foot for additional future. These projects may also require removal and disposal but would be addressed on a case by case basis.
Saanich Staff will: be responsible for moving furniture.
