Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the supply and delivery of Leather Station Boots on an as, if and when requested basis for the Saanich Fire Department. The Saanich Fire Department cannot guarantee quantities ordered but the department buys approximately 100 pairs of boots every two years followed by orders for new hires or replacement purposes.
Each employee will be measured to ensure proper fit. Measuring will be done on site, at the Saanich Fire Hall at 760 Vernon Ave Victoria BC, at a mutually agreeable time.
Bidders may, on request, be required to supply a pair of boots for evaluation purposes, at no charge to Saanich Fire Department.
Term: The two year term of the contract will start from November 1, 2021 ending on October 31, 2023 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement.
