Invitation to Request for Proposal: For “RFP 04/21 – Hired Trucks and Equipment”. The Request for Proposal package is available via Bonfire at https://saanich.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/41259
Scope of Work: The purpose of this RFP is to select one or more qualified Proponents, to provide the District with Hired Trucks and Equipment, with operators, as outlined in Appendix 4 – Specifications and Pricing Table.
Hired Equipment consists of Dump Truck, Backhoes and Slingers as and when requested.
For additional details, see section 4.0 Scope of Work and Requirements.
Section 5.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided in Section 2.
Term: It is anticipated that this work will be on an as and when required basis beginning upon award to September 31st, 2022 with the option to renew for three (3) additional (1) year terms upon mutual agreement.
