Description:

Scope of Work:   The purpose of this RFP is to select one or more qualified Proponents, with experience in providing the District with Hired Excavators, with operators, as and when requested as outlined in Appendix 4 – Specifications and Pricing Table.

It is anticipated that this RFP will produce a list of qualified Companies that will be used on an as and when requested basis.

For additional details, see section 4.0 Scope of Work.

Section 5.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided inSection 2.

It is anticipated that this work will commence approximately on or about August 15, 2017 and end May 31, 2018.
