Scope of Work: Rainscreen Rehabilitation of the courtyard area walls is required. Interior assessment of this area revealed evidence of water ingress with damage to drywall and flooring. Additionally, the exit stair (Dance Studio) indicates water ingress at the stair landing and exterior wall resulting in significant deterioration of the supporting wood structure and the concrete landing has deflected.
