Scope of Work:   The District of Saanich (“District”) is looking for a professional caterer to provide catering and potentially bar services for a three year term for the Annual Long Service Award Banquet Event that is scheduled for late February each year.  The banquet is held in the Garry Oak Room at Saanich   Commonwealth Place. The first banquet is scheduled to be held on the evening of February 24th, 2018 with an option to renew for up to an additional two years following the third year upon operational suitability for both parties.

Section 5.0 outlines the evaluation process for selecting the Preferred Proponent. To receive full consideration, each Proposal should follow the instructions, requirements, format, and number of copies provided in Section 2.
